What time should I arrive?
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to allow yourself time to valet and be seated.
Where are the ceremony and reception taking place? Are they indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will be outdoors at Bear Brook Valley (weather permitting). Cocktail hour, the reception, and the after party will be held indoors; guests are welcome to step outside throughout the evening.
Is there transportation?
Yes — we’ve arranged complimentary shuttle service between our designated hotel and the venue. Depart from the hotel at 4:15 PM; return shuttles from the venue run at 11:00 PM and 12:00 AM. If you’re not staying at the hotel or prefer to drive, parking is available at the venue.
Is there a designated hotel?
Yes — we have a room block at the Holiday Inn Budd Lake. For booking details and the reservation details, please visit the Accommodations page.
Are children and plus-ones invited?
Anyone invited in addition to you will be listed by name on your invitation. If your invitation includes “and guest,” you’re welcome to bring one; otherwise please assume the invitation is only for the people named.
What is the dress code?
Our dress code is semi-formal attire. We would love to see our friends and family get dressed up for our big day. Think suits/sport coats for men and dresses for women. No jeans please!
How do I RSVP?
You can RSVP under our "RSVP" tab on our website. Please RSVP by May 2nd. Thank you!
Will there be an open bar?
Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you. Get ready to celebrate!
Is there an after party?
Yes! There will be an after party in the room adjacent to the reception space from 11:00 PM–12:00 AM.
