Due to limited space at our venue and our wish to keep the celebration intimate, we are only able to accommodate guests formally listed on the invitation. If a plus one has been reserved for you, it will be noted on your invitation. Thank you so much for understanding.

While we love your little ones, children are invited by invitation only. Those included will be specifically listed on the invitation. Thank you for understanding as we keep our celebration intimate.

First of all, thank you so much for traveling to celebrate with us! We have provided a list of recommended hotels in the Nashville and surrounding areas under the Travel tab, with direct booking links included. Guests are also welcome to explore Airbnb or VRBO options nearby.

Both the ceremony and reception will take place indoors at The Venue at Birchwood. Portions of the evening may be held outdoors, weather permitting.

We kindly recommend arriving at least 30 minutes prior to the 5:00 PM ceremony start time to allow for parking and seating before the celebration begins.

We kindly request formal attire for our August wedding. For gentlemen, a suit without a tie is perfect. For ladies, we’d love to see you in a colorful dress! the brighter and more joyful, the better! All colors welcome, but please reserve shades of white for the bride.
