We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best formal cocktail attire. Please no jeans/denim and avoid shades of white.

Due to the limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding and please feel free to reach out with any questions!

Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. However, we encourage you to use this evening as a "night out" for yourself! Those of you that will be bringing your children, please be sure to watch them closely.

You will be dearly missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "not attending" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures which we will share with you. Once the ceremony is over feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like and don't forget to share them with us!

We have blocked out rooms at the Microtel in Warsaw. Please use the special link below to reserve your room. You can also call the hotel and reserve your room, please reference the Harpst/Zedack wedding when booking. Check in begins at 3pm but you can call a few days before to arrange an earlier check in time. Rooms are blocked for Friday and Saturday night, if you would only like Saturday night you will need to call the hotel to book. There will be transportation provided through a third party company. There will be two shuttles bringing guests to the venue and then transporting them back to the hotel. Please let us know if you are interested in the shuttle service so we can get a better number.

Please RSVP no later than April 17th. If we do not have your RSVP by then we will miss you, but will assume that you are not coming when we put in our final head count
