2. In the box at the bottom of the website, enter the dates of travel for your stay under check in and check out. The rates are valid between November 29 until December 9, 2025 please stay as little or as long as your work and life commitments allow.

Please note there is a 3 night minimum for the promotional rate to apply. Add the number of rooms and guests traveling.

3. Enter the following promo code:

Please note that the promocode is valid until September 15, 2025 but that no space is being held. The sooner you secure your spot the better availability you will have.

4. Click "Check Availability". You should see that the promo code has been applied. It's in a black box next to each room category.

5. Choose the desired available room and click "ADD".
A box will pop up and you can click "BOOK NOW" and enter all required traveler and payment information.

5. If you book the non- refundable rate, you will be charged full price immediately and become an outside guest of our wedding group promo. It cannot be fixed. Please do not book that rate and make sure you select the refundable rate for the $1.00 deposit.

Your room reservation includes free PRIVATE airport transfer, from and to Cancun airport.

You will receive a link in your booking reservation to add in your airport transfers.

This can be done anytime up to 72 hours before departure.

Private transportation is complimentary for 3+ night stays for all guests within the same reservation number arriving and departing simultaneously.

If a guest is staying in the same room but flying in at a different time, they will need to set up a paid airport transfer with transfers@seasonstours.com

All rooms must be booked directly with the hotel and utilizing the assigned promo code (instructions on booking are above) to be considered part of the group.

Promo code is exclusive for "Suite only" bookings. It is not applicable on "Suite + flight" option. Nor is it applicable on non-refundable rate options.

Do not book the non-refundable rate or there will be nothing the resort or Courtney can do to get your money back or change your booking.

Reservations can be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to arrival, with no cancellation fee.

Cancellations received within 48 hours or less, prior to arrival, will result in a cancellation fee equal to the total of the entire stay and no refund will be given to no show or early departure.

We recommend booking your flights as early as you can.

You may book it via your favorite airline.

Typically about 6-9 months out is the best time to book but it can vary.
