In 2016 Matt opened his Chiropractic practice in downtown Easton, only one block over from where Caitlyn was living at the time. Caitlyn recalls countless times when she would walk down Spring Garden Street on the way to the farmer's market, marveling at the beautiful historic homes, especially the courtyard directly behind Matt's office. It was the perfect setup for a Hollywood-style meet-cute which sadly never happened.

Six years and one pandemic later, Matt and Caitlyn finally connected the old-fashioned millennial way, on the internet. Caitlyn remembers her excitement when she came across Matt on a dating app, recognizing him as the cute Chiropractor from downtown, whom she was always too shy to schedule an appointment with. They connected and quickly discovered they had many interests in common, including running. It just so happened they were both signed up to a local 5K a week after their first date. They often joke that had technology not brought them together, this is where they would have met 'in the wild'.

From that first date onward, their relationship checked off every major romantic cliche. Inseparable, they had a whirlwind romance, throwing around terms like "when you know, you know" and "you had me at hello". They were completely insufferable.

When they learned that Caitlyn was pregnant they were thrilled to be adding to their family. It was not long afterward that Matt took Caitlyn to one of their favorite spots to hike and proposed, to which Caitlyn eagerly accepted.
