The ceremony will promptly start at 6:00 pm so we kindly ask that guests arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony begins -- that way, everyone has time to park, find their seat, and settle in before we say, "I do." We want to make sure no one misses a moment.

Both! The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. The ceremony is on grass, so please be cautious ladies with heels. The cocktail hour will be poolside. The reception will be indoors with access to the outdoor area.

Yes, parking is available. There is valet on site that will be directing everyone to the main entrance to leave their cars with them. There is also a parking lot if you wish to park your own car.

Yes! There is a bus scheduled to pick up guests at the hotel at 5:00 pm. The bus will return at midnight to bring everyone back to the hotel.

We're asking guests to honor our unplugged ceremony, which means no phones, cameras, or tablets during the ceremony itself. Our photographers will capture everything and we'll happily share photos with you later. Once the reception begins, feel free to take all the photos and videos you want!

Yes! Please plan accordingly and have a way to get home safely.

Yes! We are going to head back to the hotel and hang out in the bar area. The bar closes at 2 am so BYOB if you'd like to drink after that! You can take the bus back to the hotel or meet the party there if you'd like to join us for some after party fun!
