Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors, at the Ballroom at I Street. There will be an hour long, outdoor cocktail hour after the ceremony where guests can chat, take pictures, and have drinks while the Ballroom staff flips the room for the reception.

The dress code for our day will be cocktail attire: elegance encouraged! We ask that men wear a suit and an optional tie, and women wear a tea-length, knee-length or midi dress.

In addition to our American registry, we are upholding the Eastern tradition of red envelopes! A red envelope symbolizes luck, good fortune, and happiness in Vietnamese culture. It is stuffed with money and is seen during celebratory events like Lunar New Year, birthdays, graduations, and weddings. If you would like to participate in this tradition, you can place your monetary gift in any envelope (doesn't have to be red!) and bring it to the reception to give to the bride and groom. There will be two opportunities to give the envelope to the bride and groom: 1) in the card box at the guest book table or 2) when the bride and groom greet your table during dinner. Some tables will play a game before the bride and groom receive their envelopes and other tables will have a designated person to speak on everyone’s behalf — there is no right or wrong way to do it! We are so excited to share this tradition with our family and friends!

Due to the limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

As much as we love your little ones, we ask that guest come without children, aside from family members.

The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm. Guests may arrive as early as 4:00pm, and no later than 4:20pm.
