Our Wedding

Brendan and Caitlyn met in 2017 at the Plaza dining hall at the University of Missouri. Just two weeks later, they were officially a couple. Their college years were filled with football tailgates, fraternity formals, Blues games, tubing at the Lake of the Ozarks, hiking adventures, and even a summer trip to Hawaii.&nbsp; After graduation, Caitlyn headed off to Denver and Brendan stayed in Columbia to finish up nursing school. After a brief stint of long distance when Caitlyn decided to travel the world, Missouri eventually called her back for grad school in St. Louis. There, they spent weekends at the zoo, brewery hopping, and surviving the humidity.&nbsp; Once her program wrapped up, they moved together to Golden, Colorado, where they’ve enjoyed skiing, hiking, tubing, and spending time with their rescue dog, Kona. On August 9, 2025, Brendan proposed on a private sailboat on Lake Dillon, followed by a surprise celebration with friends in Breckenridge.&nbsp; Hosting their wedding in Colorado feels like the perfect way to celebrate their love story with the people who mean the most. They’re excited to share some of their favorite places (and maybe a few local beers) with you.
