We will have two charter buses picking people up. Bus 1 picking up: Aloft @ 4:45 (Downtown Sarasota) Bus 2 picking up: Ritz Carlton @ 4:45pm (Downtown Sarasota) Leaving venue @ 11pm Bus 1- dropping off @ Ritz Bus 2- dropping off at Perspective Rooftop Bar If you choose to stay at a different hotel, you may Uber, Lyft, or drive to our venue (parking is limited)

While we'd love to include all of your children, our wedding day will be an adult-only affair (minus our cute ring bearers and flower girl.) We want you to enjoy your child-free night by having an extra drink on us! After the ceremony our small guests will leave and go back to their hotel, where we will have a trained/complimentary babysitter, to take care of the kiddos for the night. Your kiddos are more than welcome to join in on the other fun weekend festivities! Please contact us if a babysitter is something you are interested in for the wedding night!

Sarasota has great cheap options right now and is only 20 minutes from the beach! -Sarasota-Bradenton Airport is 11 miles away from Siesta Key Beach and .5 miles from the venue. -Tampa International Airport- 71 miles from Siesta key beach, 51 miles from the venue -Clearwater International-63 miles from Siesta Key Beach, 43 miles from the venue.

As you noticed, other than Sarasota-Bradenton Airport all of the other airports are 40+ miles away from the venue. If you do find cheaper flights flying into Tampa, or Clearwater, Uber/Lyft is always available or you can rent a car and drop it off at the Sarasota/Bradenton airport that day. There will be transportation to and from the wedding on Friday 10/11. If you are staying on the beach, you will not really need transportatoin as there are grocery stores and restaurants all within walking distance/ there is free transportation on the island. The condominiums I selected are all within walking distance to the beach (1 mile from the village "downtown").

Short answer is no. The condominiums I selected all include beach chairs for FREE. There are also pools at each place, with complimentary chairs as well. You may need to bring a towel, as the units only supply a few for each guest.

The plan is for the wedding party to fly in Wednesday and prepare for the festivities. On Thursday, the grooms party will enjoy a golf day in Sarasota, while the girls will have a relaxing morning with coffee, and head to the beach/pool until the rehearsal dinner at 5pm, at Marina Jacks. After everyone is invited to join us at the Tiki Bar right next door to Marina Jacks. Friday- Wedding Party will get ready, ceremony 530-11pm Saturday-beach/sports day (football games). Dinner on your own! Sunday- Similar to Saturday, as people will be traveling home. Monday- Travel Day :(
