Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors. There are trees for shade. The ceremony site is to the right of the Magnolia Barn.

Cocktails and non alchoholic beverages will be served on the porch by the pond.

No the reception will be inside the Magnolia Barn. Dinner will be buffet style. We expect the reception to end around 10:00 pm.

Cocktail attire is requested. Men will be wearing suits and ladies will be wearing cockail dresses. Ladies, please be advised all walkways and the parking lot are crushed granite. We recommend avoiding stiletto heels. Pathways are wheelchair accessible and there is handicap parking.

If it rains the ceremony will be moved to the western porch of the Magnolia Barn.

Due to our dinner seating limitations, children are invited only if they are named on your invitation. We hope you will join us and enjoy the evening as a "date night".

Due to our dinner seating arrangements, you may only bring a date if a guest was specified on your invitation. Dinner seating will be reserved by name and we are not able to accommodate last minute guests.

There will be two bars. One will be serving non-alcoholic beverages, and another will be a full-service open bar. There will also be a coffee service after dinner. We have arranged for a hotel block for guests who do not want to drive home after the reception.

Our ceremony will start promptly at 5:00. We ask for all guests to be seated by 4:50 at the latest.

Our ceremony will be an unplugged ceremony. We ask all of our guests to kindly refrain from any camera or cell phone use during the ceremony. We will gladly share our photos after the wedding.
