Our venue has a very strict no smoking, vape, alcohol, drug, and weapon policy, inside and outside of the building.

No, unfortunately due to capacity limitations, only those directly invited may attend.

Attire for the wedding will be semi-formal.

Our ceremony will start at 1:30pm. We ask that you arrive at least fifteen minutes before to make sure everyone is ready and seated before the ceremony starts.

The ceremony and reception will both be held at Centerpoint Church in Kalamazoo. The address is on the homepage of our website. The ceremony will be held in the Worship Center, and the reception will be held in the Chapel. These are both inside the main building. You will enter through Door A.

There is a lot of available parking at our venue. Parking in the main lot will be closest to the main entrance (Door A). These are the doors that you should enter through.

There will be about an hour to hour and a half in between the ceremony and reception. During this time, there will be a water and coffee service along with a few snacks. There will also be a few activities available during this time.

Food and drink will be self-served. Water and coffee will be provided after the ceremony through the entirety of the reception. At the reception, we will have a taco and nacho bar along with a few Mexican-themed sides and cookies for dessert. We will dismiss people for the food buffet, but drinks can be self-served whenever you wish.

All of our food options will be gluten-free. Our food selection will accommodate other food allergies as well.

While the day's plans are subject change, here is an approximate outline of what will happen at our event: 1:30-2~Ceremony; 2-3 or 3:30~Snacks, coffee/water station, and a few activities will be in the lobby. We will be taking pictures at this time, and plan to start the reception as soon as we can after the wedding; 3:30-4~Introductions/First Dances; 4-5~Dinner; 5-6:30~Dancing and Dessert/Cake Cutting; 6:45~Start Lining Up for Exit; 7~Reception Concludes
