*This guest room rate is available three days pre/post the contracted guest room block.

**All guest room rates and fees are quoted exclusive of applicable state and local taxes - currently 8.01%. There is also a current $30 resort fee that provides internet service; sporting equipment such as bikes, tennis rackets and balls, casual croquet and lawn bowling equipment, volleyballs, basketballs, and badminton equipment. The resort fee is subject to change and will be confirmed at the time of event. Additionally, there is free parking.

***There is a limited number of pet friendly rooms available. A $30/day with a max of $150 cleaning fee will be charged. Any damages beyond $150 will be charged to the card on file. Please indicate as early as possible if a pet-friendly room is required.
