WELCOME DRINKS
We’re so excited to see everyone in 13 DAYS! 😝 Time is moving fast, but we can’t wait to celebrate! 
We are hosting Welcome Drinks/Mingle with the Bride and Groom on Friday November 1st from 7:30pm-10:30pm at Kirby Ice House in The Woodlands.

You can come and go as you please throughout the night! They do not serve food, but will have food trucks on site. However, there are plenty of great restaurants around the area to enjoy before or after!



SHUTTLE TRANSPORTATION
We are offering free shuttle transportation to and from the venue departing from each hotel- Embassy Suites and Waterway Marriott. This shuttle is open to all guests, even if you are not staying at the hotel. If you cannot locate the bus when you arrive, please ask a front desk associate for assistance.

Here is the shuttle schedule for November 2nd:
Shuttle 1 (Departure)
Marriott: 2:45pm
Embassy: 3:00pm

Shuttle 2 (Departure)
Marriott: 3:00pm
Embassy: 3:15pm

Iron Manor is approximately a 40 minute drive from The Woodlands area. Please plan accordingly whether you are driving yourself or taking the shuttle. There is parking available at the venue, but please be reminded we are having an open bar so we want to keep everyone safe. There will be shuttle transportation after the wedding back to the hotels as well; this timing is TBD.
