The lodging block is at our wedding venue, Brasada Ranch! It is located in Powell Butte which is a 20-minute drive from the Redmond airport. As a thank you for coming and celebrating with us we have secured special discounted wedding rates. These rates will not show up if you book online. Please call the reservations team at (877) 771-4239 and tell them you are booking rooms for the Moore-Hiniker Wedding in October 2024.

We highly recommend finding friends and family to share cabins with or booking an individual room so you can be onsite for all the festivities and enjoy all the amenities. Check out all the awesome amenities here! There are three options for accommodations that are available at our wedding rate:

Sage Canyon Cabins (two, three, & four bedrooms) – Perfect for sharing! Includes a kitchen and living area, bedrooms each with their own private bathrooms, and the option to upgrade to a unit with a hot tub. Additionally, certain cabins can be made up with twin beds in one bedroom or a sofa bed in the living area. Select cabins are pet friendly.

Ranch House Rooms & Suites – Similar to what you might find in a hotel, so this option is great for couples or individuals! There are only 8 rooms in the Ranch House so these will go fast. They are adult-only and not pet friendly.

Cabin King Guestrooms – If a cabin is too big, you can reserve your own private room from a two, three, or four bedroom Sage Canyon Cabin. Each guest has their own private exterior entrance, private bedroom & bathroom. There’s an option to open the interior door to share living and dining area or maintain privacy with separate rooms. This must be decided before arrival.

There are also a variety of VRBO and Airbnb cabins and homes at Brasada Ranch, which you are certainly welcome to book. However, guests of non-resort managed cabins and homes do not have access to the new Cascade Pool, resort wide transportation, housekeeping or maintenance services. Restaurants, rentals, golf, spa, trail rides, and Athletic Center give priority to resort managed cabins, with non-resort managed cabins accommodated on a space available basis.
