When will I get my invitation and more details?

How do I RSVP?

Details are with our formal invitation. We kindly ask that you RSVP on this site by March 20th.

I'm coming from out of town, which airport should I fly into?

Dallas Love Field (DAL) is closest to our venue downtown - approximately 15 minutes. Dallas Ft Worth (DFW) is approximately 25 minutes away for more options.

Where should I stay?

We have blocks set up at both the Hall Arts Hotel Dallas and Homewood Suites Downtown Dallas. Check the "Hotels & Travel" tab here for more details.

What's the dress code for your wedding?

Cocktail attire: We suggest men wear a suit or dress shirt with a tie and women wear a midi- or knee-length dress or dressy separates. Guests are welcome to incorporate our botanical art‑inspired theme into their look if they’d like to add a creative touch.

What's the wedding itinerary?

Our wedding will take place at The Artisan Rooftop Terrace in Dallas on April 18, 2026. The ceremony will begin at 5PM sharp, followed by cocktail hour and the reception next door at the Hall Arts Hotel, which is anticipated to wrap around 11PM. We ask guests to begin arriving to the ceremony at 4:30.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be on a rooftop outdoors followed by an outdoor cocktail hour and indoor reception. We'll be providing hand fans and water, but we do suggest that guests bring a pair of sunglasses so they can comfortably view the proceedings. Guests will walk on paved pathways, but will need to step on grass briefly to take their seats.

Where are you registered?

We are registered at Crate & Barrel, Target, and Amazon. You can find our complete wedding registry here on our website under the "Registry" tab.

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home at 2936 S Fenton St, Denver, CO 80227. A wedding card box will be at our reception, but we kindly request shipping any large items to our home in Colorado.

What are the addresses of the wedding ceremony and reception venues? Are they wheelchair accessible?

Our venue addresses are: Ceremony - The Artisan Rooftop Terrace 2330 Flora Street #200, Dallas, Texas. Cocktail hour & Reception - HALL Arts Hotel Dallas 1717 Leonard Street, Dallas, Texas. Once you arrive, you'll see signage directing you to the terrace where the ceremony will take place. There's a short staircase to access the ceremony space, as well as to/from the reception hall, but all venues have elevators, including from the parking garage.

What's the easiest way to get to and from your wedding venue(s)?

We'd recommend ride-share services so you can enjoy the night to the fullest! If driving, there is on-site valet parking at the hotel that will be covered. You can also check out DART.Org for more information on Dallas' public transit options.

Is there parking available near your wedding venue(s)?

There is on-site valet parking at the hotel that will be covered, as well as self parking in the garage or nearby street spots. Please note there will events at the AT&T Performing Arts Center next door that evening.

Can I take photos at your wedding?

We kindly ask that you keep our ceremony "unplugged" and refrain from taking any photos or videos just during the vows. We want our guests to truly be in the moment with us during this special day. Plus, we hired the professionals! Take all the pictures you want at our cocktail hour and reception - just remember to share!

Am I allowed to bring a plus-one?

We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guests list just to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend is listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

We love your children, but we politely request no children attend the ceremony and reception. Thank you in advance for understanding.

Will there be an open bar?

There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the reception. We do recommend bringing cash for tips and a credit card should the after-party continue in the hotel bar.

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down dinner. There will be vegan and allergy-free options available, please indicate any restrictions on your RSVP.

Will there be a time gap between your wedding ceremony and reception?

A 60-minute cocktail hour will take place on the Astra Lounge Terrace between the ceremony and reception where you can enjoy cocktails, mocktails, and small bites.

What time will your wedding reception end? Is there an after-party?

Our reception will end around 11PM, after which there will be an on-own after-party at the hotel bar upstairs.

What should I do if I don't make it into the room block?

If you miss the deadline to reserve a room in our block, reach out to the hotel and mention our wedding anyway - they may be able to accommodate you with our discount in a room outside of our block. If not, please secure alternative accommodations nearby.

Will Keke be there?

Unfortunately Keke will only be there in spirit, she doesn't like to travel like her mom and dad do. As much as we want her as our ring bearer, we will have a toast to her instead.
