Are kids welcome?
Yes! We would love for this to be an opportunity for parents to have a night out; However, do not feel that you can't join us if childcare falls through! We love kiddos and would love for them to celebrate with us.
What is the dress code?
Semi formal or cocktail attire is preferred. Google or Pinterest is a great resource for ideas. Our color scheme includes neutrals and muted fall colors. This is preferred but not required for your attendance.
What date should I RSVP by?
October 1, 2024. This way we can let catering know how many to prepare for.
Where is the venue located?
The address is 100 Legacy Acres Dr. Conway, AR, 72032. Maps should take you directly to it.
Where do I go for the ceremony?
Our ceremony will be held in the chapel. This is located to your left when you arrive at the property. It is a long white building with wood doors.

Where is the reception located?
The reception will be in the ballroom. This is directly down the road from the chapel and is visible when entering the property.

Is there parking close to the chapel and ballroom?
Yes! There are large parking lots located on the side of the chapel and the side of the ballroom.
Is the venue handicap accessible?
Yes! All roads are paved and all buildings are on the ground floor. The doorways have a short threshold to enter but otherwise, the property is spacious and accessible.
Will the ceremony and reception be indoors?
Yes! Both will be indoors.
Are there places to stay on the property?
Unfortunately not. However, I have listed hotels in the area should you need them.

What type of food and drinks will be served?
We are having a taco/nacho bar! We will also be serving signature cocktails, wine, and beer, along with tea and water.

Can we bring a card or gift to the wedding and where should it go?
Yes! There will be a table in the Chapel for cards and gifts.
What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
The chapel will open to guests at 3:30 pm. The ceremony will begin at 4 pm. We ask that you arrive no later than 3:55 pm.
Is there a time gap between the ceremony and reception?
The ceremony will begin at 4 pm. Following the ceremony, guests will head to the ballroom for cocktail hour and dinner will be served at 5:30 pm. Following dinner, the bride and groom will have their first dance, father-daughter dance, cake cutting, and dancing! Stay and celebrate with us! Drinks will be served until 9:00 pm.
Am I allowed to take photos at the wedding?
We will be having an unplugged ceremony. We have invested in a photographer for our special day. We ask that all phones are put away during the ceremony.
However, we welcome any and all photos during the reception!
