What time should I arrive?

Plan to arrive between 10-15 minutes before the ceremony so you have time to find a seat or chat with family and friends before the ceremony begins.

Is the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception indoors or outdoors?

All events will take place indoors.

What is the timeline of the wedding?

Will there be food options for those with various dietary restrictions?

Dinner will be served buffet-style, and there will be a variety of dishes to accommodate all dietary restrictions.

Can I bring a date or additional guests?

Although we would love to include everyone, in order to keep our guest list on track, we can only accommodate guests that are formally invited on your wedding invitation.

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel?

The hotel offers a free shuttle service before and after the wedding according to a schedule.
