It’s the big day! We look forward to seeing you!

Founders Day Weekend (a festival in Dripping Springs that happens every year) is falling on our wedding weekend. Please anticipate large crowds and lots of traffic. Coming on 290 from Austin, there is a new cut through street right before you get to the water tower and just past Grease Monkey on the left. There are yellow reflector poles marking the turn lane. It’s not at a traffic light. The name of the street is Village Grove Parkway. It cuts around all the way to RR12 and you bypass all of Dripping Springs!

4:40 PM - 5:10 PM – Please arrive at the Hog Heaven Sporting Club.* You’ll be transported by trolley to the ceremony site. Be sure to arrive by 5:10 PM so you don’t miss the LAST trolley (and the wedding!). If you arrive after the last trolley, you will be transported to the reception.

Please note: This is NOT the same entrance as the Hog Heaven Party Barn.

Golf carts will be available for small groups needing to go back to the parking lot.

Umbrellas will be available at the trolleys, if needed.

5:30 PM - Wedding Ceremony

6:00 PM - Ceremony ends. Guests will be transported from the wedding ceremony to the reception.

10:00 PM - First trolley will take guests back to the parking lot (for early birds!).

10:30 PM - Second trolley will take guests back to the parking lot.

11:00 PM - The reception will conclude. Trolleys and golf carts will be taking guests back to the parking lot.
