Romaine, topped with chicory, red onion, roasted squash, red pepper and chèvre. Served with choice of Maple Vinaigrette or Cider Vinaigrette, both dairy and gluten free. Accompanied by warm, fresh sliced dinner breads and butter.

Guests will have the choice of choosing from the following three entrees.
Wild Rice Chicken topped with a Forestiere Sauce accompanied by Au Gratin Potatoes and Broccolini.
Braised Short Rib Milanese accompanied by Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Broccolini.
Nine Cheese Eggplant Rollatini with Marinara Sauce accompanied by Broccolini. (V,GF)
