The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm. Please arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to find your seat.

We would love for all of our family and friends to be fully present in the moment with us, so we ask that you kindly put your phones away and on silent for an unplugged ceremony. We have hired the most AMAZING photographer to capture these special shots ;)

Yes! Bear Brook has a private parking lot for guests who wish to drive!

Absolutely! We will have a shuttle from our hotel to drop guests off at the venue, as well as to take guests back to the hotel after the wedding!

If you received a plus one, your guest's name will be listed on your formal invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family. Thank you for understanding!

While we both love your kiddos, our wedding will be primarily an adult-only event. Some children will be in attendance that are in the bride and grooms bridal party. We are excited for you to relax and celebrate with us. We appreciate you finding your favorite sitter and coming to enjoy an evening on us!

We would love our family and friends to dress their best in semi-formal/cocktail attire! Ladies, please refrain from wearing white or ivory tones. The ceremony is outdoors with the reception inside, so please dress accordingly.
