"If you know, you know." A phrase we both adopted pretty early on into our relationship. A slightly funny one when it took us 3 years at the same small school just to meet each other. But we did. We just knew. From some our first times together something just felt different. Coversations never found an end (our record is about 8 hours) and the world slowed down. We went into this relationship looking for someone to marry and found so much more than that.

Our shared experience in the beginning was simply that we are both awkward people with limited experience which can and did lead to many funny moments. Calliope's favorite will always be when Andrew tried to put his arm over her shoulders and instead elbowed her in the head. Andrew's is from our first date when he held Calliope's hand and then later asked "was that smooth?" with a wide grin.

To make our long story short, we have found such love, silliness, and blessing in one another. God knew what he was doing when he took his time preparing us for one another and we couldn't feel luckier.
