Q + A

When should I RSVP by?

To help us with our planning, please RSVP as soon as possible. However, the deadline is the 2nd March 2025. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date, we will have to assume you cannot attend. Unfortunately, this deadline is set by our venue for catering etc.

What time should we arrive?

Please feel free to meet Callum and his groomsmen at the Coach House, Gin Terrace from 11:30am. The ceremony starts at 1pm, so please be seated in the Fig House for 12:30pm.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

We would love you to take pictures throughout the whole day, but please refrain from using your phone/taking pictures during the ceremony.

Is there a dress code?

We encourage full glam as we approach the festive season! We will be supplying flip flops for the evening, so there's no excuses not to be on the dance floor till 12am.

Can I bring a plus one?

All guests including children will be listed on the RSVP page. You can submit responses for your whole party here. Unfortunately, we are at full capacity and cannot accept plus ones.

What should I do if I have dietary requirements?

When submitting your RSVP, you will be asked to submit any dietary requirements.

Can we bring confetti?

We will be supplying confetti.

Will there be parking available?

Yes, there will be parking at Middleton Lodge, outside the Coach House in the main car park.

What shall I do if I can no longer attend after submitting my RSVP?

You can amend your RSVP after you’ve submitted your original response. Before the 2nd March, please amend this on the RSVP page. After the 2nd March, please contact Callum or Izzie directly.

My child is invited, will there be food for them?

Children aged 2 and above will be served a three-course meal, which includes garlic dough balls, pasta, and a chocolate brownie. For children under 2, please let us know if you'd like us to order a meal for them. Otherwise, we will assume you’ll be bringing their favourite snacks.
