Country formal, break out your boots and bolo ties for our rustic backyard wedding! The ceremony, cocktail hour, & reception are all outdoors and under a tent in the grass please plan accordingly.

We recommend planning to arrive between 4:00pm -4:30pm. The ceremony begins promptly at 5:00pm.

We will have transportation to and from the designated hotel and the venue and encourage you to use this as there is limited parking at the venue. If you are not staying at the designated hotel you can still park in the lot or nearby and hop on the shuttle, or use Uber/Lyft or carpool. The Shuttle will run 3:45pm-4:45pm and 9:30pm-11:30pm.

There is very limited parking on site!! We recommend utilizing the provided shuttle service from the hotel, Uber/Lyft, or carpool services. Should you choose to drive we will have designated parking areas and travel from parking areas to the venue.

We will have a pre ceremony champagne hour prior to our nuptials followed by a cocktail hour with appetizers and dinner after the ceremony. Beverages provided: There will be water, sodas, beer, seltzers, & wine. Please plan ahead and do not drive if you choose to drink.

Due to limited space, we will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. We love all the children in our lives! If you received a plus one it will be listed on your invitation. Should you have any concerns about this or requested additions please reach out for potential additions.

We kindly ask that you do not have your phones or cameras out during the ceremony. Our photographer will be capturing the ceremony and we don’t want any cellphones in the photos. We appreciate your cooperation in advanced. *Please NO flash photography*

We will be celebrating till the cows come home! Remember if you are planning to take the shuttle back to the hotel make sure you catch the final shuttle for the evening or plan for other accommodations (Uber/Lyft or carpool).

Yes, we have reserved a block of hotel rooms at the Comfort Suites Marysville with a special rate for our guests! Please refer to the Transportation & Hotel tab of the website for further details. For any of our more adventurous guests we do have a designated area on site where guests may camp out! Should you choose to camp out at the venue the night of the wedding we ask that you please set up your camping area the night prior or morning of the wedding. Please reach out to Calyn & Adyson to make arrangements.
