Please note that Lake Oconee is about 1.5 hours from the airport and Ubers and Lyfts will not drive you to town. Our wedding will be a formal event. We ask that men wear their nicest suit and tie and women wear a long floor length dress.

Yes! There will be shuttle buses that will pick up our guests from the Tru and the Holiday Inn hotels and the Great Waters Clubhouse to take you to and from our venues throughout the weekend.

Yes! Parking is available at the church and at the reception venue but we encourage our out of town guests to please take advantage of the transportation buses that will be provided.

There is no Uber or Lyft available in town so please plan accordingly.

We recommend renting a VRBO or AIRBNB house/cottage. These will be the most accessible to our reception venue especially if you are traveling with friends and family! There are also hotel options such as the Tru by Hilton and the Holiday Inn located at the interstate. We have a block at both hotels. Please check out the 'Travel' tab for more information on places to stay.
