The dress code for our wedding is black tie optional. It is preferred for ladies to wear a floor length dress or formal cocktail attire, and preferred the gentlemen to wear a tuxedo. If gentleman choose not to wear a tuxedo, we recommend a suit and tie.

The ceremony will be held outdoors, weather permitting.

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be adults-only event. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

There is a parking lot that is accessible to guests, and all cars must be removed by 9am on Sunday, October 13th.

If you do not plan to drive, we recommend taking an Uber to the event. Following the event, The Meadows cannot guarantee Uber availability. There will be transportation (buses) provided that will drop guests off at Homewood Suites & Downtown Raleigh.

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. Please arrive and take your seat no later than 4:15pm.

We have professional photographers that will be photographing all wedding events that evening. We will be having an unplugged ceremony and ask that you kindly turn off all cell phones and cameras to be fully present with us. You are welcome to take photos during the cocktail hour and reception.
