In June of 2017 I spontaneously decided to visit one of my best friends at her college, Bowling Green. We went out to one of her favorite bars, Tiki and while we were out we met up with some of her friends. One of them in particular was trying especially hard to flirt with me and win me over with his goofy personality and charm. His name was "Vinnie."
We exchanged numbers that night, but I honestly thought I would never see this boy again. That was until the night before I went back to Capital for my junior year of college. Vince wanted to take me out on a date so he drove from Toledo to Cleveland to take me out to dinner. I gave him a little tour around Cleveland, which included going to the famous Cleveland sign at Edgewater Park. After that we knew we were going to be inseparable. We did long distance while I was at Capital and Vince was at BG. We made manyyyy trips almost every weekend to see each other.
After 2 years of long distance, we both graduated college and I found out I got into OT school at Pitt. We made the decision to go to Pittsburgh together. We lived in the cutest house and made some amazing memories in Pittsburgh, especially repping our Browns gear and rooting for them amongst all the Steelers fans.
In January of 2022 we made a trip to Cleveland to visit family. We went out to lunch with some friends and then they suggested going to the Cleveland sign. I was super excited and was telling them that's where I took Vince on our first date. I thought nothing of it until I saw our names displayed right in front of the sign. Vince got down on one knee and proposed, and then I was even more surprised when our friends and family were all there to witness it!
Now we're living in Cleveland and we're so so excited for our big day!!!
I met Cameron in Bowling Green in June of 2017 at the bar when I was dead set on not going out. I guess that's how fate works! After a short few months of talking and persuasion, I had myself a girlfriend. Over these last 5 years, we conquered long distance, a new city (Pittsburgh) and are now back living in Cleveland.
In January of 2022 I rallied the troops, bought a ring and asked Cameron to be my wife. From the countless memories we have made to the laughs we have shared, I cannot wait for our big day. We are looking forward to spending the day with those that mean the most to us. One more "I DO" to go!
