Our Wedding

How We Met

We first met on Bumble, a dating website where the woman initiates the conversation. After getting to know each other, we decided to meet at Big Papa's in Tehachapi for dinner. In the picture above you can see that we both enjoy rock climbing at New Jack City, CA

First Kiss

Our first kiss was in Big Bear, CA during the Harvest Moon September 20, 2021. Although, this picture is in Mammoth, CA at a climbing area called Rim View Cliffs. The two fur babies are Willow (in pink) and Charlie Murphy. The photo was taken professionally by Kelly Koleos.

First I Love You

The first time we said I love you was out at Joshua Tree during a full moon called the Beaver Moon (November 19, 2021). We went to a festival hosted by Bill and Janet Hunt featuring Groovesession, The Storytellers and Lightning Dan &amp; the Crawdads. We also went climbing that weekend with Noelle Ladd.

Engagement

Cameron proposed September 1, 2024 at Lovers point in Monterey.... Two days later there was a full moon. We went rock climbing and to the Monterey Bay Aquarium.

Full Moon

There sure does seem to be a lot of full moons in our love story!

Airports

Edwards Mansion is located in Redlands, CA which has several different options for airports.
 
 
The closest airport would be the San Bernardino Airport located in San Bernardino, CA (15-20 minutes away from the Edwards Mansion). However, there may not be any flights that connect to this airport if you are traveling from out of state.
 
 
The next closest airport would be the Ontario International Airport located in Ontario, CA. This airport is about 30 to 40 minutes away.
 
 
The John Wayne Airport in Santa Ana, CA is about 2-2.5 hours from the Edwards Mansion.
 
 
LAX in Los Angeles, CA is 2.5-3 hours away. Tickets are generally cheaper but the traffic and the airport can be a hassle.
 
 
There's also the Long Beach Airport located in Long Beach, CA. this airport is 2-2.5 hours away from the Edwards Mansion.

Accommodations

We have blocked off hotel rooms for our guests at the Staybridge Suites San Bernardino-Loma Linda located in Redlands, CA. The hotel is 10-15 minutes away from Edwards Mansion. If you are interested in booking a room at Staybridge Suites, please click on the link below. The hotel has put 20 rooms aside for our guests, at a discounted price. After February 20th the prices will no longer be discounted. If you don't like the hotel or prefer an air b n b, you are welcome to find different accommodations.

Why are you looking for things to do? You get to hang out with us, what more do you want?! Well Redlands, CA is nestled against the San Bernardino Mountains. It has a cute little downtown area with shops and restaurants. Who knows, there could be music or a comedy show going on that weekend? If you wanted to you could do a day trip out to the beach or mountains. And if you're really adventurous and Cameron can't do a honeymoon. Whitney has March 24-30 off for a camping and climbing trip? *Please note details are still being worked out.
