If you didn't already know... we are getting married on an island! Block Island is a small island off the coast of Rhode Island. Although your travels may be a bit unique, we promise it will be worth it!

This is our recommended form of transportation for getting to the island. You can catch a ferry to Block Island from one of the below locations:

Block Island Ferry: Provides year-round service from Point Judith, RI. This is the only Ferry that can take vehicles to the island and reservations for vehicles are required. Passenger reservations are recommended. For information visit www.blockislandferry.com or call (401) 783-4613.

We are getting married at the Spring House Hotel!

There is a block of 25 rooms available to book at Spring House. Any un-booked rooms within this block will be released to the general public on 04/01/2026, so please be sure to book before then if you'd like to stay on the property.

There are several hotels within walking distance to Spring House and the "downtown" area with shops and restaurants. You can use this link to browse hotels and inns on the island.

Block Island is very tiny! It's only about 16 miles to drive/bike around the entire island. Anywhere you stay on the island will not require a vehicle; it's very easy to get around.

If you opt to not bring a car on the island, there are quick and affordable taxis that you can call from any location. For more information, click here.

IMPORTANT: If you do want to bring a vehicle on the island, ferry reservations for your car are required (and highly sought after!). Vehicle reservations for the 2026 season will open in early January 2026, and they tend to fill up very quickly. We recommend booking early to ensure you reserve a spot.
