Bryan and Cami both swiped right…yes, you read that right, these two love birds met on Tinder.

It all started with a message from Bryan to Cami in March 2016 asking, “Hey Cami, what is there fun to do in Reno?” Cami replied with a few things to do and the two of them began exchanging casual small talk. They continued to communicate online through messaging for a couple months. It wasn’t until June of that same year the two of them decided to meet face to face, in California, at the Galleria Mall. Cami was in San Francisco for the weekend with a few of her friends, so they figured it would be the perfect opportunity to finally meet.

When Cami met Bryan for the first time, she was definitely nervous, but her nerves were quickly calmed by Bryan’s calm, cool, and collected demeanor. The two walked through the mall for a couple of hours before Cami had to head back to Reno.

The weekends following their first meeting, they began taking turns visiting one another. On July 1st, Cami went to Folsom for the weekend to visit Bryan. They attended the Folsom Rodeo and afterwards they walked back to Bryan's apartment. As they waited on his back porch for the rodeo fireworks to start, Bryan looked over at Cami, and just stared at her for a minute with the most adorable smile before asking her, “Would you like to be my girlfriend?” With butterflies in her stomach, she felt the same calmness that overcame her the first day they met and immediately responded with, “Yes!"

After that night, Cami went back to Reno and Bryan stayed in Folsom. They continued to go back and forth visiting each other on the weekends until November of 2016, when Bryan was accepted into the electrician apprentice program and moved to Reno.

From that day on, they have overcome many challenges, shared so many special moments, and have created the most incredible memories together. They have supported each other through good times and bad, new jobs, new apartments, odd work schedules with long hours, have traveled and seen so much together. The one thing that truly makes these two special is how they always make quality time for each other. Whether it is cuddling up on the couch to watch shows at the end of the day, or doing little things for the other during the week like making dinner, ordering in, cleaning the house, or surprising the other with their favorite coffee, they really go out of their way for one another.

After 5 years of attending multiple weddings as boyfriend and girlfriend, it is finally their turn! Their families & friends could not be more happy for them and cannot wait to witness these two become one on June 11th!

On February 9th, 2020 Bryan truly planned the most heart felt, magical proposal Cami could have ever imagined.

Bryan is not the best at keeping secrets because he gets too excited to share special moments with Cami. Then there is Cami, who has a love/hate relationship with surprises and is always trying to guess what Bryan is up to when he is trying to plan a surprise. All that being said, it is no surprise that Cami had a feeling that Bryan might be proposing that weekend.

Travis, Cami’s older brother, had been out of town the prior week for work, so Bryan told Cami that Trav had planned a fun scavenger hunt for his daughters, Elliott and Remy, and he wanted Bryan and Cami to be apart of it. This was all part of Bryan's plan to make this day even more special for Cam. He knew Elliott and Remy loved going on hunting sprees and knew how much it would mean to Cami that her nieces were included in such an incredible day.

The afternoon started with an envelope given to the girls. Inside was their first clue in regards to where the next envelope was located. At every location there was a special treat/surprise for the girls as well as an envelope for Cami. Throughout the day, they went to all the parks that Remy and Elliott enjoy, collecting envelopes, surprises, and more clues. It wasn’t until the last stop, the Galena location, when Cami started to think this might be where Bryan was going to ask her to marry him. Cami walked up to the final location, butterflies in her stomach. There was a table set up near the bridge, (the bridge where they took their first formal couple photos together), so Cami and the girls sat at the table and began opening up the envelopes, which each contained puzzle pieces. As they started putting the puzzle together it became more clear to her, “this is the day Bryan is going to ask me to be his wife. ” Cami laid down the last few puzzle pieces to reveal a photo they had recently taken together and she noticed there was something written across the puzzle. Cami then started to read the message that was printed across the puzzle. At the bottom of the puzzle and it asked, "Cam, will you marry me?” Cami turned around and there was Bryan grabbing her hand, telling her exactly how he felt about her, butterflies began to flutter once again in Cami's stomach, and then suddenly he got down on one knee and asked Cam to marry him. Just like the day they first met and the day he asked her to be his girlfriend, Cami was overcome with same calmness. With tears trickling down her face, and without hesitation she said the easiest, “YES” ever. Bryan slipped the most gorgeous, custom made rose gold ring on her finger. He also has one more surprise in store for her - a photographer close by to take some photos of them! His proposal was everything and more than Cami ever could have imagined. The day was perfect, her ring was perfect ,and she had found the most perfect man.

It was that day the wedding planning began, if you know Cami you know this is no joke. She was ready to take to her Pinterest board and get going with the planning. The date was set! June 12th, 2021, but as we all know COVID changed things for everyone last year. So they had to wait a little longer, and rescheduled their wedding to June 11th, 2022. It was very unfortunate to have to wait, but they knew the importance of this day and having all their family and friends present. Their love has only grown, the wedding planning has been in full swing, and we all know it will be worth the wait. We cannot wait for their beautiful day and for their story to continue to be written about their forever love!
