We would recommend you arrive at least 2-3 days before to calmly enjoy Rio, Sao Paulo, or Paraty before making your way to the island. We will provide shuttles from downtown Paraty at 9am sharp to the ferry in Tarituba. We will create WhatsApp chats to confirm all logistics. The Island check-in is on May the 3rd in the morning. We would suggest being in Paraty on the 2nd, which is approximately 20 minutes from the ferry.

Each room sleeps up to 4 people. We have created a sleeping chart to make everyone as comfortable as possible. This island is simple and has minimal amenities. We can make other arrangements if needed. Please note: due to the island's electrical limitations, no hairdryers, flatirons, or steamers, will be usable in the rooms. There will be a specific location to accommodate these items.

The drive from Sao Paulo or Rio would be about 3 hours and a half of driving along the coast. The ferry takes about 10 minutes from dock to dock. There are bus services that go from Rio to Paraty/ Sao Paulo to Paraty. We can review options in more detail in our group chat.

Brasil is a beautiful country, but does have some bad seeds. Always be mindful when holding your cell phone. Do not bring any fine jewelry. If it's too shiny, it might get grabbed.

Voltage is Brasil is not a fixed standard. Every city has differences in voltage, even between hotels versus private homes so please be weary. Outlet adapters required in Brasil are the same as those used throughout South America. We will post this information within the group chat. Because of the islands voltage availability, we cannot use steamers, irons, or hair tools in the rooms. However there will be a common area with appropriate voltage to get ready for the big day!
