PLEASE RSVP BY AUGUST 31st 2025! Guests can arrive as early as 11 with the ceremony starting at noon. Reception with brunch will be in the same location! Wedding party members and anyone helping with set up can arrive as early as 8am. September in Saratoga gets a bit hot during the day and a bit chilly in the morning and after sundown ( 95°F - 65°F or 35°C - 18°C ) so please dress accordingly or bring a coat! STYLE AND DRESS CODE: Day-time semi-formal. This is an outdoorsy wedding venue. We want you to look amazing and be comfortable dancing around and celebrating without any worries about ruining your clothes. Wear something comfortable and stylish ( We are aiming for a in between of class and comfort. Please avoid too casual like jeans or t-shirts but don't dress on your expensive black-tie) Kilts are encouraged but not required (If you are interested in renting a kilt, we will be uploading information regarding this in the Q & A section.) COLORS: Please wear something you like and are comfortable in! Everyone: PLEASE DO NOT WEAR WHITE or any colors that could pass as white or off-white*. *Please avoid any kind of dress that has white even if it is a pattern, lace, heavy accents in white, etc. Overall, if it has white is probably a no-no. If you are unsure if your dress is "too white" (it probably is) feel free to reach out to our Best Man Aleksander Savidge, or one of the Brides and we can confirm whether or not your attire is appropriate or if you should consider a different gown. Wedding party: We encourage dark natural colors, specially on the greens, teals and blues. Feel free to use the Ancient Fleming Tartan (located in the Q & A section) for reference. The ancient Fleming tartan will be incorporated in the decorations throughout the venue and will be available in the Q & A if anyone wants to use it as a color reference to plan your outfit or accessories.
