Where should I park at the Welcome Party?
Instead of parking in the driveway at 609 Piedmont, drive around Middlebrooks Circle to the back of the house - look for the balloons!
What is the dress code for the welcome party?
Dressy casual. For men, think dark jeans / slacks and collared shirts / sweaters. For women, think jumpsuits and jeans-and-a-nice-top.
Is there parking available at the venues?
Yes. Maclay Gardens has plenty of parking. The Woman's Club has some parking, but street parking may also be required.
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony at Maclay Gardens will be outdoors. The reception at the Woman's Club of Tallahassee will be mostly indoors, but we will also be making use of its outside spaces.
What is the dress code for the wedding day?
Formal attire. For women, floor length or midi dresses. For men, dark suits. Keep in mind that the ceremony is outside in the grass, so if you're wearing heels, block heel or wedge is best!
What will the weather be in November in Tallahassee?
Average highs at this time of year are in the mid-70sºF, with evening lows dropping to low-50sºF.
Can I bring a plus one?
Our wedding is RSVP only, and we will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
Can I bring my young children?
We do not expect many children, and unfortunately we are not able to accommodate their own chairs or meals. If this isn't a barrier for you, you are welcome to bring them.
