The Château de Belvoir is in the countryside of the Doubs area, in the Franche-Comté region of France. There are many gîtes (furnished cottages/homes with self catering possibilities) as well as a few hotels/bed and breakfasts within a 15-20 minute drive of the venue. Note that in the summer you can only rent some gîtes for the whole week, but prices in the region are usually fairly low.

We recommend booking early, reservations for the summer go fast.

- La Maison d’Hôtes de Paul – 5 minute drive to wedding venue - 2 person room 50 euro/night, they have enough rooms for up to 15 people (including one 5 person room). Breakfast included, dinner can be added for 17 euro per person.

- Chambre d’Hôtes les Charmettes - 20 minute drive to wedding venue - 2 person room 90 euro/night, they also have 4 and 5 person family rooms. They have a pool.

- Chambre d’Hôtes Relais Équestre de la Montnoirotte – Equestrian center that also has an adjacent bed and breakfast – 15 minute drive to wedding venue – 2 person room 75 euro/night, they also have a 6 person dorm for 160 euro/night. Special weekend offers of 1 night + a meal + 1-2 hours of riding lessons are available, from 155 euro for the package.

- La Ferme du Bonheur - 20 minute drive to wedding venue - 2 person room from 80 euro/night, includes breakfast.

- Maison d'Accueil Soeurs de la Charité - 5 minute drive to wedding venue. Convent/pilgrimage resting place, but they also rent out rooms to travelers in the area if they are not hosting an event.
