Where is the Ceremony taking place?

Our wedding will take place at the Immaculata Church in St. Marys, KS

Where will the reception take place?

The reception is going to be at Triple B Wedding and Event Center in Wamego, KS.

Where can I RSVP and when is the RSVP deadline?

You can RSVP right here on the wedding website, on your computer, or on your phone. Please respond by Tuesday December 1, 2024.

Is there a dress code?

Yes. At a Roman Catholic wedding, it is customary for women to wear a modest, sleeved dress that has a hem reaching the knee, but ankle length is permitted as well. Try to avoid low-cut necklines. A head covering is required and can be the traditional veil, a hat, or a fascinator. Men wear semi-formal attire that can include a nice suit jacket, vest, or blazer. We thank you for your generous consideration on this matter.

Is there a shuttle or transportation for wedding guests?

No, guests will be responsible for their own transportation. There will be free parking at both locations, and they are both handicap accessible.

What is the wedding day timeline?

The wedding will take place at 1:00 PM at the church. The reception will begin with a cocktail hour that kicks off at 4:30 PM.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

The weather can vary quite a bit temperature-wise, but you can certainly count on high winds in Northeastern KS! Plan on wearing a winter coat in case of low temps.

Is the reception child friendly?

Children are invited to join the party, but it will be one to ring in the New Year, so we are leaving that to each individual guest's discretion.

What type of food will be served?

Beef tenderloin and smoked turkey breast are the main entrees, with delicious sides that can be customized to be allergy-friendly if a guest should need it.

Can a guest take photos at the wedding?

Yes please! We just ask that you refrain from taking photos during the processional and recessional.

If I have any additional questions, who do I contact?

Please feel free to reach out to the bride or groom privately.

Is the wedding an unplugged ceremony?

No, but please be discreet while in the Church.

Are there any local events happening nearby in the area?

Yes, please refer to the Things to Do tab on our website for some of our favorites to get all the details!

Is there a gift registry?

As we already own a well-equipped home, we ask that any gifts be monetary or go towards our honeymoon fund. THANK YOU for your generosity!

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

When you RSVP on the website, your invite should give you the information needed.

Will there be an open bar?

Beer and wine will be served, and some signature drinks will be available for you to enjoy.

Are there any hotel blocks reserved?

No, but please refer to the travel tab on our website. We have a few options that we can recommend.
