The Day Before

From Sunrise to Sunset, our early breakfast at Cafe One equipped with Pinball machines, to afternoon volleyball on the beach, to our rehearsal, followed by dinner and party. What a great time for our family and friends to meet and prepare us for what’s to come. Thanks to all who came and shared. We love you!

From Sunrise to Sunset. Justin and Camillie's itinerary had them right on time to catch the sunrise. Who would've thought they'd wake up on time after the day before party fun! But they did! They went straight to the venue to set up. Camillie's vision was finally coming to fruition. The centerpiece birdcages she shipped to Marisela, her mom, in Florida from New York. Marisela painted them gold and grew Wandering Jews (the couple's wedding plant and the first plant Camillie purchased after dating Justin). Amongst other plants Marisela grew these and nurtured them in the cages for about 6months before the wedding. Camillie found and ordered cake stands and also painted them gold as stands for the birdcages. She ordered the perfect tablecloths, from the pintuck satin burgundy linens, to the chair sashes, to the cocktail hour linens. She made the garland that hung around the dance floor, and together with her mom designed and executed the sweetheart table decor and backdrop. The couple used flowers as "table numbers" and hand picked each flower from the flower shop. On each table also they place mini frames with a baby picture of each of them. (Come to find out a lot of people couldn't see each other and either put the centerpiece on the floor or removed the stand, also not many noticed the mini frames of baby pictures, and the flower table numbers were really confusing and their coordinator had to guide everyone to their seat. Besides this it was still perfect because it was what the bride and groom wanted, even if no one "got it".)

After set-up Camillie went to get ready with her Bride Bunch, and Justin hung out in the Groomsmen club car and got ready with them. Soon the ceremony came at the Gazebo where the James Teal Quartet was playing as people sat down. The Groom walked down to an instrumental version of Elton John's "Your Song" and the Bride to "Night" by Corinne Bailey Rae. Jordan Cerezo the officiant gave an emotional ceremony and announced the couple as Mr. and Mrs. Taragano. "I'll Be There for You" by the Rembrandts was their exit song and everyone headed to Cocktail Hour at Snow White's Cottage, where the lamb chops were all the rage.

Reception begins with the Bridal Party Entrance and Mr. and Mrs. Taragano's first dance, followed by speeches, parent dance, performances, cake cutting, bouquet toss, Hora, and send off!

The after party was pretty chill ending with Camillie performing in the hotel room for Justin "Rhymes Like Dimes" by MF Doom, which was a surprise rap she learned to perform for him but didn't have time at the reception. Justin was extremely surprised and happy, and so they began their journey as Husband and Wife. :)
