Yes! If you are staying at the Holiday Inn Express Boone, buses will be departing at 4 pm for the venue. Please make sure you are on time so as to not delay arrival. Buses will be departing the venue back to the hotel at 9 pm and 11 pm.

Due to limited space, we are only able to accomodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. If you don't, please respect our wishes as we're trying to keep our wedding as intimate as possible. Thank you so much for understanding!

Unfortunately, no! Due to limited venue space, we will not be able to accommodate anyone not specifically listed on the invite.

The welcome party is cocktail attire! Jackets and ties not required, come in your best party attire.

The wedding is formal attire, preferably suit and tie or floor length dresses and jumpsuits.

The ceremony and reception will both take place at the venue. The ceremony will be outside and the reception will take place inside. Please be prepared to be outside for the 30 minute ceremony as well as cocktail hour!

Our ceremony will be "unplugged," meaning when it begins, we will kindly ask all guests to put their phones away so everyone enjoys the moment with us! After the ceremony is over, you will be allowed to take pictures and videos as you please.

Yes! We will be providing transportation back to the hotels where we have a room block, but please plan accordingly.

Yes, due to some road closures and the state of some of the roads, please allot extra time to get to the venue!
