Will there be a ceremony?
We will not have our ceremony during this event because... we are having a destination wedding in FLORIDA!! This event is celebrating us as newlyweds with those who are closest to us!
What time should we be there?
You may come and go at your convenience and stay as long as you wish! We will be providing lunch from 1-3. We are excited to see each of you! :)
What is the attire?
Semi-formal attire! It will take place indoors, but the outdoor patio is open!
What will take place?
This event is the reception/celebration of our marriage! We will have food and drinks. There will be cake cutting of course:) As well as a dance floor (just no DJ so bear with our playlist;))
Will there be food?
We will serve lunch at 1. There will be your choice of pulled pork or smoked chicken, with cheesy potatoes, and smoked baked beans ! There will also be desserts:)
There will be snacks throughout the day for those who do not come during those hours.
Where can we stay if we don't travel home?
There are hotels in Decorah, Iowa which is around 20 minutes away. Hotel Winneshiek, Country Inn & Suites, or Fairfield Inn & Suites are the top ones!
Where do we park?
There is free parking right outside Silver Springs Country Club!
