We kindly ask you to arrive at our venue at 3:30-3:45 pm, late guests will not be permitted into the ceremony site once the procession begins promptly at 4:00pm

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. Please keep all devices on silent/turned off during the ceremony. We would like our guests to be in the moment with us and allow our photographers and videographers to capture our special day! Once the ceremony has concluded, you may take as many pictures as you'd like!

Yes, guests are permitted to leave their cars in the general parking area but must be picked up by 9am the following morning.

Yes, our venue has handicapped restrooms and paved walkways, and for those in need of assistance, a golf cart is available to transport you to the ceremony and reception spaces.
