We want to ensure everyone has a safe and convenient way to get to and from our wedding! We’ll be providing shuttle service to and from Camp Lucy on the big day. The shuttle will operate between the Residence Inn - Austin Southwest and Camp Lucy. You can choose to take the shuttle one way or both ways, depending on your preference. Even if you’re not staying at the Residence Inn, feel free to park there or use Uber/Lyft to get to the hotel and then catch the shuttle to the venue. Once the RSVP deadline passes, we’ll provide more details on shuttle schedules and updates here. Stay tuned!

If your children or plus one are listed on the online RSVP, they are more than welcome to join us in celebrating our special day!

We’ll have a variety of options to accommodate all dietary preferences, including gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian and carnivorous dishes. When you RSVP online, please let us know if you have any specific dietary needs so we can ensure there’s something for everyone to enjoy!

We’d love for you to join us in celebrating our special day in style! The dress code is cocktail to formal attire. We are in Texas, so feel free to bring your boots and hats! Please kindly avoid wearing white.

Since many of our guests will be traveling, we wanted to offer as many opportunities as possible to spend time together. On Friday evening, join us at The Warm Welcome, a relaxed meet and greet with the wedding party at Camp Lucy from 4-7:30 PM. The wedding will take place on Saturday at 6 PM at Camp Lucy. On Sunday afternoon, we invite you to a light luncheon at the Residence Inn hotel, where the bride and groom will be spending time with guests from 12 PM onwards. We can’t wait to see you at these events!

While it’s possible to use Uber or Lyft, we’ve been informed that ride services can be unreliable in the area, so we recommend using the shuttle service for a more dependable option.
