HOW DO I RSVP? WHEN SHOULD I RSVP BY?
Kindly RSVP before October 1st. To RSVP, click the RSVP tab and type the name(s) listed on your envelope. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Any RSVPs received after this date will be marked as a 'no' as we will be sending final headcounts to vendors shortly after this deadline - you will be missed!
ARE KIDS WELCOME?
We love your kids, we really do! We regretfully cannot accomodate everyone's children at our wedding due to restricted numbers and space. This pertains to children of all ages including toddlers, kids, and teens. We respectfully request that you only bring children that are included on your invitation. If we are unable to invite your children, we encourage you to see our wedding as a date night away!
CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?
We would love to be able to invite everyone, but unfortunately, we have limited venue capacity. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
We are requesting that all family wear black and all other guests wear cocktail attire, no jeans please.
WHAT DO I DO IF IM LATE FOR THE CEREMONY?
The ceremony will be starting promptly at 5:00pm. We recommend guests arrive between 4:30-4:45pm so there is time to mingle and find a seat. If you happen to be late, our coordinator will let you know if they are still allowing guests in or if you will need to wait until the ceremony is over. If that happens, we still want you to join us for the reception so hang tight! Thank you for understanding!
HOW DOES SEATING WORK?
Both the ceremony and reception will be open seating so sit wherever you like. There will be seating reserved for immediate family, so please be mindful of those signs and seats.
WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?
There will be an open bar of select wines, beers, and champagne.
WHERE ARE THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION TAKING PLACE?
The ceremony and reception will be held at Tree Haven (1343 County Road 4224, Simms, TX, 75574) The ceremony will be indoors in the chapel, while the reception will be indoors/outdoors.
