For those driving to Long Island, the traffic can be BAD. We recommend timing your arrival between 10am and 3pm or 8pm and 11pm. Always give yourself more time than you think you will need. If driving south on I-87, we recommend staying left on 87/287 to go over the Tappen Zee Bride (Mario Cuomo Bridge) and then following the GPS from there.

There are two airports located nearby: JFK and LaGuardia. JFK is accessible by train. (Air Train to Jamaica and then LIRR to Farmingdale)

Trains are another great option. You can take Amtrak to NYC and then catch the LIRR Ronkonkoma line out to Farmingdale.
