When do we need to RSVP by? 

We ask that you please let us know if you are able to attend at least 30 days before so that we can finalize our headcount with the vendor. (Feb 21 or sooner please)

What is the weather like?

It will still be a but chilly at this time of year. We will try and do our ceremony outside by the lake, so bring a jacket or sweater with you. Our cocktail hour, dinner and reception will be indoors. Here is a weather chart from last year:

Will it be an Open Bar?

Yes! Candlewood Inn does not permit anyone to bring their own alcohol into the venue or onto the property. Champagne, mimosas and pick-up sweets will be set up at the bar as soon as you arrive. Premium liquor, wine, beer and 2 signature cocktails will be available at Cocktail Hour and Reception.

UBERS / TAXI's Very Limited 

Please note there are limited Uber/Taxi's available in the Brookfield area. If you are staying somewhere other than Zero Hotel Danbury, please make sure you have a safe ride home. There is overnight parking at the Venue if you must leave your car overnight.

Call 203-730-9200 and reference the “Huchcroft-Ceresna Wedding” to receive the discount. The booking portal is no longer available since it is so close to the wedding. You must call for the discount.

Flying in?

The 2 main Airports are JFK and LGA in NYC. There are also a handful of smaller airports in CT with slightly fewer flight times. (Hartford, New Haven, Bridgeport, Norwalk etc). The drive from JFK and LGA airports in NYC is roughly a 1.5-hour drive to Danbury, Brookfield, New Fairfield area. Ubers can be quite expensive from the airport, so we recommend renting a car if you plan on doing any amount of travel while in CT.

Shuttle from Hotel to Venue

We will be arranging a shuttle to pick up anyone staying at Hotel Zero Degrees in Danbury, CT. There will also be a shuttle after the wedding to return you to Hotel Zero Degrees. Details to come.
