Our room block designates lagoon view rooms. However, if you would like an ocean view, you can "upgrade" for $40. Please contact the hotel to do this.
**PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU CHOOSE TO STAY ELSEWHERE, YOU WILL NEED TO PAY AN ENTRY FEE TO THE HRH EACH DAY TO ATTEND ANY REHEARSAL DINNERS/WEDDING PARTY EVENTS, ETC. THAT WE MAY HOST INCLUDING THE WEDDING ITSELF ($111USD PER PERSON). Please be sure to enquire about this with the HRH prior to arrival.

For those of you flying into Cancun to experience the ultimate rock star vacation, getting to Hard Rock Hotel Cancun is easy with the shuttle. Although it is not part of the all-inclusive Hotel experience, it is a luxurious one that a celebrity like you deserves.
If you made your booking through the website , you can request your transfer at least 48 hrs. prior to your arrival by calling +52 998 881 36 99 Exts. 4138 and 4139, or by writing to transfercancun@rcdhotels.com. Make sure your message includes the following:*
- Hotel to visit
- Name which the reservation is under
- Confirmation number of your booking
- The number of people traveling
- Arrival & departure flights (airline, flight number and time)
- Specifications you need to add about your trip
You will receive a response from the Cancun rockers with relevant information and the cost of the service. A star like you cannot miss out on the glamour, so it is important you respond to the request with your confirmation, so that one of our "Hard Rockers" can anxiously await you at the airport. The charge will be applied to your room and you can pay by card or cash at the reception when you check-out.
It is only a 30-minutes drive from Cancun International Airport to the Hotel, so before you know it you will be indulging in tropical pools and a stunning beach, all while you enjoy the unique vibe of Hard Rock.
