Our Wedding

On a night out with friends in October 2020, Mike bumped into Peter and his daughter Caoimhe at his local pub, the Sly Fox. Mike recognized Peter from working with him in the past, (and recognized Caoimhe from creeping on Facebook). With encouragement from his cousin, Ashley, and the pub's owner, Mary,&nbsp;Mike asked Caoimhe for her phone number. Fast forward three and a half years, and Mike was gearing up to ask Caoimhe another question - this time, with the stakes a tad higher. But she responded with an easy yes! We were engaged in Newport, Rhode Island on February 10th, 2024. We're eagerly counting down the days until we can make it official and celebrate with all of you in July 2025!

Boston Logan is one of the nation’s busiest airports. More than 40 airlines fly nonstop to over 100 domestic and international destinations, making Boston Logan New England’s gateway to adventure, opportunity, family and business all over the world. The airport is accessible by bus, train, Uber and taxi. It is a short 20 minute drive to our reception venue.

Boston's South Station is the largest railroad station and intercity bus terminal in&nbsp;Greater Boston and&nbsp;New England's second-largest transportation center after Logan International Airport.&nbsp;Located at the intersection of&nbsp;Atlantic Ave and Summer St in Dewey Square, it is less than a 15 minute drive to our venue.

The Lenox Hotel is only about a 5 minute walk from our reception at the Fairmont Copley Plaza. It&nbsp;boasts a prime Back Bay location that many travelers find perfect for exploring Boston's attractions, with the hotel itself exuding an old-school charm.

The hotel is ideally situated to explore the trendy bars, bites, and museums of the Seaport, and visit nearby landmarks such as Faneuil Hall, Boston Common, and the Newbury Street shopping district.
