Please bring your favorite alcoholic beverage to partake in! We will have a spot to label and keep your drinks cold at the reception. We will have tea, lemonade, water, and warm drinks available for all guests.

The ceremony is outside, but the reception is indoors. If the weather is unruly, we will have the ceremony in the reception hall.

If you struggle with mobility, please park in the small lot closest to the venue. You can also use this space to drop off members of your party. Everyone else, please park by the pool just pass the amphitheater, or across the street at the conference center- but be warned, there is QUITE a hill!

We are having a taco bar! While we are planning around a diet of gluten free, dairy free, and beef-free, we will still have all the traditional options that come with a taco bar, since you will make your own plate. However, if you have food restrictions outside of these, please reach out to Cara or Seth at least 2 weeks before the wedding.
