We can't wait to see you in Montana. Remember to bring the directions to the venue included in your invitation. Cell service is limited on the drive.
Ceremony Etiquette
We ask that you not use any phones or cameras during the ceremony. We have hired professionals who will do an amazing job capturing the moment. Thank you for respecting our wishes and being in the moment with us!
Cell Service
There will not be cell service for part of the drive to the ranch. Please bring the directions to the ranch included in your invitation. There will be limited cell service at the ranch.
How do I get to the venue (Summer Star Ranch)?
When driving to the ranch, please do not follow navigation all the way to the ranch, as it will often bring you in a difficult back way. Please navigate to the York Bar (7500 York Rd, Helena, MT 59602). At the York Bar, make a left onto Nelson Road. Take Nelson Road for 5.2 miles, and you will see a Summer Star Ranch sign on your left. Follow that road through to the ranch gates.
What is the dress code?
We’ll be saying “I do” on the grass and dancing in a barn, so leave the stilettos and suits at home.
Think elevated western(dressy casual): clean jeans, boots or shoes that can dance, button-downs, or a dress that won’t mind a little dust.
In short, look good, feel comfortable, and be ready to party under the stars.
What time should I arrive?
We will start welcoming guests about 15 minutes before the ceremony. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30.
Is the venue accessible?
The venue is very accessible, and there will not be a lot of walking necessary. You may request a drop-off right in front of the ceremony location.
Can I bring a guest?
Due to the intimate nature of our wedding, we are only able to accommodate guests listed on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you.
Are children invited?
We adore your little ones, but we’ve chosen to make our wedding an adults-only celebration. We hope you can join us for an evening of laughter, love, and dancing.
What will the weather be like?
Summer in Montana can bring an array of weather. If needed, we will be in the barn for inclimate weather. However, the evenings may get chilly and we recommend bringing a jacket.
