If you are coming from out of town, we would recommend renting a vehicle for the duration of your trip. Rentals are available near the Edmonton International Airport.

We will have Len's Party Bus running from The Pomeroy Hotel to the venue and back throughout the day.

This service will be provided free of charge to guests.

Please note, there will only be ONE bus with capacity for 20 guests.

The first shuttle will leave The Pomeroy at 1:00pm.

(This will be to accommodate the possibility of multiple trips, keeping in mind Pathfinder Hall is about a 30 minute drive away.)

The second (and last) shuttle to Pathfinder Hall will leave The Pomeroy at approx. 2:15pm.

The bus returning to The Pomeroy after supper will be on an as-needed basis. Last bus ride to The Pomeroy will be at 2:00am.

The bus will only be dropping off guests at The Pomeroy in Vermilion. There will not be any other stops made to drop off any passengers elsewhere. This has been done to streamline pick up and drop offs, and to better estimate shuttle return.

Please keep in mind, there will be at least a 1 hour wait for the bus to return after the bus has departed Pathfinder Hall.
