The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 pm, so we kindly ask guests to arrive no later than 2:30 pm. Parking will be available in an open field. From there, you can either hop on the shuttle to the ceremony site or enjoy a short walk. The ceremony will take place at the pergola - follow the pathway to the left of the buildings until you arrive. For guests not driving, the venue is easy for Uber and Lyft to locate and drop off.

The Wedding and Reception will be held at Crestview Dairy Events. It is within Kansas City's city limits but on the outskirts of Lee's Summit.

The wedding and reception will both be held outdoors. The venue has a tent for the reception, including heat lamps. Should rain occur, there are alternate plans and spaces on the grounds to hold the ceremony inside. As it is the end of October - dress accordingly.

There is an open field at the venue for plenty of parking. You are permitted to leave your car overnight and return on Sunday (the 26th) morning to retrieve it. Please do not drink and drive! 🙂

There are plenty of hotel options within 25 minutes of the venue to fit any budget or location preference. We won’t be doing an official room block, but you can check our Travel page for a few recommendations!
