We recommend arriving in Cancun by Thursday afternoon so you'll have time to settle in, relax, and join us for our welcome party that evening (details to come!). The wedding will be on Friday, and most guests will head home on Sunday, so plan for a long weekend of sun, celebration, and maybe a margarita or two. We have the room block from Tuesday June 9 through Tuesday June 16 so guests can book anytime in this window and receive the group rates.

We will send formal invitations closer to the wedding date but wanted to go ahead and include the links to book travel to give everyone an idea of costs. However, guests will have until February 27, 2026 to book travel and RSVP.
