Q + A

What time should I arrive?

Since the ceremony will start promptly at 5pm, we recommend you get to the venue by 4:30pm at the latest to ensure you are able to comfortably arrive on time.

Is there parking available?

Yes, there is gravel and grass parking available onsite. However, it is limited so we suggest carpooling if possible especially if you will be drinking. Guests can leave their vehicle overnight if needed. All cars must be picked up the following day by 11 AM. The parking should be able to accommodate all of our guests.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony will be outdoors under a covered awning. The reception will be indoor/outdoor in a building with roll up doors.

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP no later than May 9th, 2025. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume that you are unable to attend. You can RSVP by mail using the mail back RSVP form in your formal invitation. Please only include guests formally listed on your invitation in your response.

What do I do if I can't make it?

You will be dearly missed! If you are unable to make it to the wedding please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "decline" so we can plan accordingly. Thank You!

Can I bring a Plus One/Date?

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests formally listed on your invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear alongside your name on your invite and when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding and please reach out with any questions!

Is there a dress code?

We would love to see our friends and family dressed up with us! Our dress code is formal cocktail attire. Bright summer and spring time colors are encouraged! Please no jeans & avoid shades of white/ivory.

Will there be an open bar?

Yes! The drinks are on us but the hangover is on you. Drinking on property besides what is served by our bartenders is prohibited. Please make sure to bring a form of ID and arrange for a way home if you are planning on drinking.

Are children welcome?

While we love all of the children in our lives, we have decided to make this an adult's only celebration. We want our guests to be able to celebrate with us to the fullest. Also, the venue used to be a fully operational farm. Therefore, there is still equipment which can be dangerous to children on the premises.

Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?

We kindly ask that you do not have your phones or cameras out during the ceremony. Our photographer will be capturing the ceremony, and we don't want any phones in our photos.

Is there assigned seating?

No, for the ceremony you can sit wherever you would like excluding the first few rows which will be reserved for immediate family. There will be a seating chart for the reception dinner which will be posted at the doors to the reception hall.
